We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items.
Due to hygiene reasons, bedding that has been opened or used cannot be returned.
4. What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos.

Orders may only be modified within 12 hours of placement.
