1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


2. Shipping Times

We proudly ship worldwide.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • Australia & Canada: 6–14 business days

  • Europe: 5–12 business days

  • Rest of the World: 7–18 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Destination
• Order size
• Weight

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• VAT
• Clearance fees

are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

MORVIELLE is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.


5. Tracking Information

All eligible orders include tracking.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation email.


6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

• We are not responsible for lost packages
• Reshipping fees may apply


7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed:

• Please allow the full estimated delivery window
• Contact us if your order has not arrived within 5 business days after the maximum estimated timeframe

If confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund.


8. Risk of Loss

Once your order is handed to the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

However, we will assist in resolving carrier issues whenever possible.


9. Split Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages to ensure faster delivery.

You will receive separate tracking numbers if applicable.
